1. SOFTWARE SUBSCRIPTION REFUNDS
ScriptNow.io provides access to its e-commerce checkout widget and retailer data portal on a recurring monthly subscription basis. All B2B software subscriptions are billed upfront and auto-renew every thirty days through the Shopify billing architecture. Because our digital software services are fully functional immediately upon activation, all subscription fees paid to ScriptNow.io are completely non-refundable. We do not offer prorated credits, partial adjustments, or refunds for cancellations made in the middle of a billing cycle. Retailers may deactivate their subscription at any time to halt future renewals, and access to the software portal will conclude at the end of the current paid term.
2. PATIENT ASSESSMENT FEE REFUNDS
Financial transactions related to clinical medical evaluations are managed entirely outside of this software platform. All patient-side fees for medical consultations are processed, collected, and managed directly by the independent clinical entity, Vantage Providers Network, through their separate billing network. If an end consumer initiates a consultation via the storefront widget but a licensed health practitioner determines that a prescription cannot be safely or appropriately issued, that transaction is handled by the medical clinic. In accordance with clinical network terms, a one hundred percent refund of the assessment fee will be issued directly back to the patient's original payment method by Vantage Providers Network within forty-eight hours of the clinical determination. ScriptNow.io assumes no financial liability or transactional responsibility for consumer-side medical fee reversals.
3. ACCOUNT DISPUTES AND BILLING QUESTIONS
Retailers who experience technical delivery failures or unexpected billing anomalies through their Shopify administrator account must contact our system support team within thirty days of the disputed charge. We review software delivery issues on a case-by-case basis to ensure your storefront integration functions as intended.
