1. SOFTWARE SUBSCRIPTION PURCHASE OPTIONS

ScriptNow.io offers its software-as-a-service application tools, custom merchant widgets, and database portal access through a recurring monthly subscription model. Business clients may purchase and activate a subscription license directly through the Shopify App Store or via our designated Shopify checkout gateway. All software subscription prices are listed in Canadian dollars and are billed upfront at the beginning of each individual thirty-day billing cycle. By completing a subscription purchase, you authorize Shopify to securely charge your designated merchant payment method on an automated, recurring monthly basis until the service license is formally deactivated.

2. SOFTWARE SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

Subscribers retain full autonomy over their accounts and may cancel their ScriptNow.io software service license at any time. To execute a cancellation, a merchant must initiate the deactivation process directly through their private Shopify administrator portal under the applications and billing sub-menus. Upon successful processing of a cancellation request, the automated monthly billing cycle will terminate instantly. The active software widget, storefront API integration, and reporting dashboard analytics will remain fully accessible to the merchant until the exact final calendar day of the current, pre-paid thirty-day billing cycle. Once that paid period concludes, software access will be permanently revoked, and the widget will gracefully detach from the storefront layout.

3. TERMS OF CANCELLATION AND POLICY BOUNDARIES

ScriptNow.io operates on a definitive no-refund infrastructure for all software licensing options. We do not provide prorated adjustments, cash refunds, or service credits for any merchant subscription cancellations finalized mid-cycle. It remains the sole responsibility of the subscribing business entity to monitor their recurring renewal timeline and submit a cancellation prior to the automated processing of the next upcoming thirty-day service invoice. For security, compliance, and billing integrity verification, our administration desk cannot process manual software cancellation requests initiated via email or telephone communications. All subscription deactivations must be authenticated and finalized directly through the native Shopify merchant control interface.
